10 sumo squats
15 pushups
10 split lunges/leg
20 plank row - wide
10 jump squats w/ weights
15 chest press w/ twist
10 split curtsy lunges/leg
20 tricep extensions
10 basic squats
15 shoulder raise
10 single leg deadlift/leg
20 alternating arnold press
10 tuck jumps
15 around the world curls
10 single leg hip bridges/leg

as little rest as possible between exercises is your challenge!

repeat 3-4x depending on how much time you have and the intensity you can bring.
