before bed breathing

this breathing technique is magical if you need assistance in the getting-to-sleep-and-staying-asleep department:

lay in bed whatever position you know you like to fall asleep in,

inhale for 3 seconds - hold for 3 seconds - exhale for 3 seconds,

inhale for 4-hold for 3-exhale for 4 seconds,

inhale for 5-hold3-exhale 5,

inhale6-hold3-exhale6,

inhale7-hold3-exhale7,

inhale8-hold3-exhale8,

3 massive breaths in through your nose and sigh out your mouth,

leave your bottom jaw heavy away from your top jaw,

 

voila sleep induction.
